Can it be plugged to a standard wall power point?
It will vary depending on the models, we recommend to check the technical specifications on the product pages. Our smaller sized saunas are generally 10A with some of the larger models needing 15A (Example: Trio and Quadro Outdoor).
Can the sauna be placed under an alfresco or outside but under cover?
Our indoor saunas are meant for indoors in a well ventilated room only and not suited to be placed outside under cover or on alfresco.
Can the sauna be placed on carpet?
No, it is not recommended to be placed on carpet floor and should be in hard floor surface like tile or floorboards.
Do you need an electrician to install the sauna?
There is a few cables that require you to plug in at the top control panel. It does not require an electrician to install the panel however if your house wall socket is not 10A (e.g. in older houses) or if the sauna requires 15A, then you may need an

Our indoor saunas are constructed from non-toxic Hemlock wood and are not heat-treated or chemically treated. The timber itself contains no added formaldehyde and is manufactured using low-VOC materials. Any trace amounts of formaldehyde are limited
