I want to remove my digital footprint. Can you delete my account from your website?

We can certainly remove your account from our website, however doing so will also delete your previous order details. Ensure you have saved a copy of your invoice for warranty purposes before deleting your account.

Can I check out without creating an account?

An account is required when checking out as this will allow you to keep track of your current order and your order history. You will be able to see when your order is processed and fulfilled (shipped).

I cannot see my invoices on My Account. How can I get my tax invoices?
