Why is the courier not assembling my product?Updated a year ago

This can be due to the type of service you have chosen:

  1. If you have not chosen Room of Choice + Install or added the Assembly Service to your cart, then your order will only be for delivery. 
  2. If you have purchased assembly from the Assembly Service page, then your order will be installed by a separate company from the courier service chosen. 
  3. If you have chosen Door to Door (Standard) + Install, then the services will be conducted by 2 different company.
