Why is the courier not assembling my product?Updated a year ago
This can be due to the type of service you have chosen:
- If you have not chosen Room of Choice + Install or added the Assembly Service to your cart, then your order will only be for delivery.
- If you have purchased assembly from the Assembly Service page, then your order will be installed by a separate company from the courier service chosen.
- If you have chosen Door to Door (Standard) + Install, then the services will be conducted by 2 different company.
