Why haven't I been contacted for the installation service I purchased?Updated a year ago
We offer 2 types of services for our installation:
Assembly Only
When your order comes in our Team will send the booking to the assembler, who will contact you after receiving our booking (usually 48hours).
This company completes the installation after you item is delivered and is a different company to your selected delivery service.
If you have not received any contact from the assembler since your delivery, please call us on 1300 169 600 and we will follow it up with the assembler.
Room of Choice and Installation
If you have chosen the "Room of choice + Installation" option, your delivery will be done by the same people delivering the goods. The Courier will arrange a booking directly with you for time and date after you have completed your Site Hazard form.
Site Hazard forms are sent immediately after the order is made so please check Spam folder if you cannot find it. We cannot proceed with the booking until the Site Hazard form has been completed.
