Here at Lifespan Fitness, we’re committed to help you select the right fitness equipment for all of your workout needs. We’ve got lots of videos, pictures and detailed features on each product, to help you find the best equipment. However, we understand that shopping online can be difficult, so we provide a 7-day satisfaction guarantee if you change your mind or are simply unsatisfied with our products.

To be eligible for a 7-day satisfaction guarantee:

1.The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in original packaging.

2.Product has not been assembled.

3.All freight costs are not refundable.

4. A 15% restocking fee applies to cover costs of picking, repacking the order and returning it to the shelf. The restocking fee is calculated from the invoice price.

If all conditions are met, contact us within 7 days of your equipment delivery to arrange the return and receive a store credit voucher for an exchange or next purchase or refund.

*Store credit will be in the form of a voucher or gift code to shop at the Lifespan Fitness Store.

Returning the product will be the customer’s responsibility, simply bring it back to our Distribution Centres or post it back at your expense.
