The item is in-stock however I cannot choose pick-up?Updated a year ago
This could mean that one of the items in your cart is out of stock at the pick up location.
You can check the stock availability by entering your postcode on the item page. It will tell you which location is in-stock with a tick or out of stock with a cross.
Once you remove the out of stock item, you will be able to see the pick up option.
Another reason could be that you are in a different state from the pick up warehouse. If you are travelling down to collect the item (from another state), please give us a call on 1300 169 600 or hop on to our online chat and our team can process the order for you.
