The Fitlink app is not connecting to the machineUpdated 7 hours ago

To connect the app to machine please ensure:

  • Device Bluetooth is turned on.
  • Treadmills with smart screens will need to have the Bluetooth turned on in settings page. 
  • Ensure the machine display is turned on and not in sleep mode.
  • Check that you have downloaded the correct app - Fitlink Website


Troubleshooting steps to try:

1. Check your Fitlink app is updated to the latest version.

2. Try logging out, force close the app and restart.

3. Clear cache in the settings page of the app.

4. Uninstall and reinstall the app.


If the above is all checked and you still cannot find the model to connect in the app, take a screenshot and screen recording and send this to our Fitlink support team [email protected]
