Check that you have filled in your address into the correct fields and there are no spelling errors. 

At times Auto-fills from browsers can put the City into the Suburb fields and this will not match with the postcode entered, thus causing the calculations to not match and prompt only pick up options.

You will be prompted if you have entered an incorrect Suburb.

Another reason could be due to spelling of the suburb in non-abbreviated form. Example: Saint Albans = St Albans. 

You must enter the spelling of the suburb the same way as presented in the shipping calculator or when you set your location at the top of the website.
