How easy is it to install your products? / Can I purchase assembly later if I get stuck?Updated a year ago
Most of our cardio products are pre-assembled in the box with a few sections requiring installation. Out of the cardio equipment front wheel cross trainers and recumbents bike have more parts to assemble.
We do also have the Product Manuals listed on the website so you have see how much assembling is required.
Gym stations are more complex as they require all sections to be installed.
Having trouble setting up?
If you are having difficulty setting up, you can purchase Assembly Service separately.
Tip: The higher the cost for assembly, means they are more difficult to install.
Before purchasing, there is a few things to take note:
- Check to ensure you have all the parts required. Additional fees will apply if the installer needs to arrange a second visit.
- It is best to un-install what you have done so the installer can start from scratch and would know which parts he has already used. It also ensures that they do not waste any time fixing any errors that you may have done.
