Price Match Requirements

To be eligible for a price match:

• The product must be identical, including brand, model, colour, size, and specifications.
• The competitor must be an Australian-based retailer with stock available for immediate purchase.
• The competitor's advertised price must be publicly available and verifiable.
• The total price comparison must include any applicable shipping, delivery, handling, or service fees.
• The product must be brand new and sold through an authorised retailer.

Exclusions

Price matching is not available for:

• Clearance, liquidation, warehouse, or closing-down sales.
• Marketplace sellers (including eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, Temu, AliExpress, or similar third-party sellers).
• Refurbished, used, ex-display, damaged, or open-box products.
• Pricing errors or misprints.
• Membership, employee, trade, commercial, wholesale, or volume-discount pricing.
• Promotional offers requiring coupon codes, cashback, rebates, gift cards, finance offers, or bundled discounts.
• Products unavailable for immediate purchase or delivery.
• Auction websites or bidding platforms.

How to Request a Price Match

Before placing your order, contact our team ([email protected]) and provide:

• A link to the competitor's product listing.
• The advertised price.
• Any applicable delivery charges.
• Your postcode.

Our team will verify the offer and advise whether a price match can be approved.
