Can I return the product to your warehouse?Updated a year ago
For change of mind returns, please read our Change of Mind Policy to see you meet the requirements.
If you are returning due to a fault we will first need a support case lodged, please fill in the details on the Online Form.
Once you have done so our Technical Support team will let you know when you can bring it in.
Note:
- Our technical support team are not in the office on Saturdays.
- You can only return to our Wetherill Park, NSW or Broadmeadows, VIC location.
