Can I authorise a 3rd party courier/person to collect on my behalf?Updated 10 months ago

You can authorise a 3rd party to collect your order via the pick up booking link which is automatically sent to you when the order is ready. 

If we do not receive any authorisation we will try to reach out to you first, however if we cannot get into contact then we may not be able to release the order.


For any 3rd party courier collection, please ensure that the courier is given your order details (order #, name) as we cannot release an order without it. Any paperwork or label that needs to be attached to the freight should be attached and submitted on the booking form before the courier arrives.
