An item in my cart has sold outUpdated a year ago
Items in the cart do not reserve the stock, unless payment was completed.
If your item is marked as 'sold out' this means that it is now out of stock in our warehouses.
However, you can still process and complete your order, if an "Add to cart" button is present.
These will be considered as "pre-order" which means you are securing for the upcoming stock arrival and the current sale price.
Our website is designed to give you updated estimated dates of arrival and you can see this information next to the "pre-order" message and by clicking icon to expand message.
Please note that our shipments are coming from overseas and arrival dates are not guaranteed, especially for stock estimated for "weeks" away.

If there is no "Add to Cart" Button, it can mean that the item has not been re-ordered or is being discontinued. You can reach out to us to find out more information on the product.
