Why is the expected dispatch date further on some products?Updated 10 months ago

At Lifespan Fitness we work with a wide range of freight partners to ship right across Australia. Due to the location of our warehouses and the intended destination of some of our customers this may result in longer transit times than normal.  
 
Pre Orders 
Some items will have labels on them for pre orders.  

This indicates that the item is currently out of stock, and we will be receiving a new shipment shortly as per the ETA. 

The 'leaves warehouse by' estimate is referring to when we have processed the shipment and have the item prepared to be dispatched. From there regular dispatch estimates will apply.  

Please note that the expected time for pre orders reaching our warehouse are estimates, and can be impacted by unforeseen circumstances.  

Estimated Delivery Times

Our Warehouses are stationed in Broadmeadows (VIC), Wetherill Park (NSW) and Parkinsons (3PL QLD), meaning that rural areas and other states will experience longer dispatch times.  

*Delivery time frames stated below are estimates. Unforeseen delays can occur, however our team are able to assist you in these circumstances. 

*Next day delivery may be possible for some orders. Please see delivery options during check-out to see if your order qualifies for Next Day Delivery services.
