My item has no tracking. How do I know when it will arrive?/ Has my order been dispatched yet - How can I track it?Updated a year ago

Orders are generally shipped out on the next business day from the day of your order. Delays with dispatch can occur after a Public Holiday or during peak periods (Sales promotion or closer to Christmas).

 

If an item is out of stock or on Pre-order you will be notified by email with the estimated date of arrival.

Our website will mention if the item is a pre-order.

Note: the estimated time is not a guaranteed time as circumstances can occur outside of out control. 

 

After your order is shipped, you will be notified by an email for the tracking details. Check your spam folder to ensure you have not missed the email.

You can also confirm if your order is shipped by logging into your online account and checking the "Fulfilment Status".
