Delivered - Missing items from order/ Why wasn't my order sent together?/ Why do I have two items with the same tracking but only one has arrived?Updated 10 months ago

Some of our products come in multiple cartons, these cartons can sometimes get separated while in-transit. Therefore they may arrive at different times. Please allow the estimated delivery time frame for your order to arrive.  

 

If your tracking has been updated as delivered but you are still missing items or the delivery time frame is exceeded, you may fill out our Delivery Enquiry Form and our Team will be able to investigate this for you. 

 

If you have a Pre-order item, and have authorised for your order to be shipped together - then we will not post it out until all items are available.
