Errors can occur and we would prefer you to call us (1300 169 600) immediately for any change in address as we process the freight to go out next business day.
Our team will be able to check the status of your order and see if we can still update it for you.
If your order has not left our warehouse, we will be able to change this information for you. Additional changes may occur for different suburb areas.
If the order is already collected by the courier, it will either need to be returned and resent or re-directed (depends on the courier used). This will incur additional charges and will delay your delivery time.
